Sara Lee White Chocolate Raspberry Tray Slab Cake is a 2.0kg frozen large, flat, single-layer white chocolate and raspberry cake made with diced raspberry fruit gums topped with pure white chocolate frosting and sprinkled with white choc flakes. It provides 32 generous portions per cake, or up to 72 bite-sized pieces, and can be cut while frozen so only the required portions need to be thawed for service.

Serving Instructions

While frozen, remove plastic wrap and cut into required portions using a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Cover and return unused frozen portions to the freezer immediately. Thaw each slice in the refrigerator (at less than 5oC) for approx. 30 minutes before serving.
