Strong flour
Absolutely loved baking with this Manitoba flour. The gluten strength is exceptional, making the dough easy to handle and very forgiving during shaping. It delivered an impressively fluffy crumb and excellent rise. One of the best flours I’ve ever used – perfect for enriched breads and recipes that need strong structure!
