Sara Lee Banana Tray Slab Cake is a 1.8kg frozen large, flat, single-layer moist banana cake made with 24% banana puree and finished with a thick layer of creamy vanilla icing and a light dusting of cinnamon. It provides 32 generous portions per cake, or up to 72 bite-sized pieces, and can be cut while frozen so only the required portions need to be thawed for service.

Serving Instructions

While frozen, remove plastic wrap and cut into required portions using a sharp knife dipped in hot water. Cover and return unused frozen portions to the freezer immediately. Thaw each slice in the refrigerator (at less than 5°C) for approx. 30 minutes before serving.
