Cooking Instructions

• Cook or heat from frozen. Appliance temperatures can vary, so adjust cooking times if required.
• Oven: - Preheat oven to 220° C. Place Chicken Breast Medallions on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning once.
• Deep fry: - Preheat Oil to 180°C. Cook a small amount of Chicken Breast Medallions for approximately 4 - 5 minutes.
