Cooking Instructions

• Cook or heat from frozen. Appliance temperatures can vary, so adjust cooking times if required.
• Not suitable for microwave cooking.
• Deep fry: - Preheat oil to 170° C . Place a small quantity of Gluten Free Chicken Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approximately 4-4.5 minutes. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.
