Nutrition Information

Preparation

Cook from frozen. The following is a guide only, as appliance temperatures can vary - you may need to adjust cooking times accordingly.

Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place Flame Grill Breasts on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning once.

Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Flame Grill Breasts in the fryer basket and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below -18°C.
