Preparation

Cook from frozen. Appliance temperatures can vary, so adjust cooking times if required. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

• Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan forced). Spread Chicken Wyngz evenly on a lightly greased oven tray and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning once.
• Deep fry: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place Boneless Chicken Wyngz in fryer basket and cook for approximately 4 minutes.
