Preparation Methods

• Deep Fryer Deep fry frozen potato gems for 2½-3 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
• 2½-3 minutes 180°C Convection Oven Spread frozen potato gems onto a perforated tray and cook for 15 minutes, shaking tray halfway through.
