Preparation Methods

• Steamer: Place frozen peas in a single layer on a perforated tray and steam at 100°C for 4 minutes or until tender.
• Stovetop: Add 200g of frozen peas to boiling water, return to the boil and simmer for 1 minute or until tender.
• Microwave: Place 200g of frozen peas in a covered microwave-safe dish and cook on high for 3 minutes.

Cook from frozen unless the product directions state otherwise. Always follow the current pack instructions and ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
