Shelf life of approx 1 month or can be frozen making the shelf life up to 2 years.

Pace Farm egg whites are separated from farm fresh eggs, then homogenised and pasteurised to ensure purity and quality.

Value for money
I was paying $5 for 500ml at Woolworths and so even after paying their delivery fee it's still fantastic value for money. I split it up into containers and froze most of it for use later. This is great I'm going to tell all my friends so thanks padstow foods
