Ingredients

1kg Bakels All in One Sponge Mix 660ml water Instructions Add the Bakels All-In Sponge mix and water to a large mixing bowl. Mix on low speed for about 1 minute, ensuring the ingredients are well combined, and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Increase the speed to high and whisk for 6-8 minutes, until the mixture has doubled in size and is smooth. Reduce the speed to medium and mix for an additional 2 minutes.
