Pasteurised whole milk and cream, salt, stabiliser (E412, E415 (contains soy), E407), cultures
Storage & Handling
- Keep refrigerated at 4°C until ready to use.
- For easier beating, bring it to room temperature before use.
- DO NOT FREEZE.
- Once opened, Anchor Traditional Style Cream Cheese should be kept chilled and consumed within seven days. Unopened cream cheese may be stored for up to 12 months from date of manufacture.
