Store in a cool, dry place (ambient storage).
Please note that unlike retail jars, vegemite portions are made with a shelf life of only 210 days (7 months). They are then shipped to a storage warehouse and then shipped to us. On average, the shelf life on the product once we get it is anywhere from 3 -6 months. This is normal and you should not buy this product if you will not be happy with the shelf life.
