Description
Rich's Whip Topping Base is a non-dairy topping concentrate for operators who want to create their own whipped toppings, beverage foams and dessert bases. Mix two parts Whip Topping Base with one part cold liquid below 10°C before whipping to create a neutral, stable base that can be flavoured for smoothies, frappes, shakes, ice blends, mousses, dips and desserts.

Rich Whip topping base
