Rich's Avoset® Pour N’ Whip® Pastry Topping is a premium lactose free whipped topping providing a greater yield than buttercream yielding 350% when whipped and it has a long shelf life. 

Ideal for first class bakery shops and cake decorators for a smooth, rich and creamy taste of dairy topping but without any handling problems of using dairy products.
