Kooka Brothas Sticky Date Pudding Tray 1.5kg is a hand crafted dense sticky date pudding topped with a luscious butterscotch sauce, in a convenient catering format. Each 1.5kg tray is uncut, providing approximately 16–20 portions. Ideal for cafés, catering and foodservice.

HOW TO USE: Defrost in refrigerator - allow 14-16 hours for whole tray. Best served warm. Whole tray heating instructions: oven at 180°c for 20-30 mins from defrosted, 35-45 mins from frozen. Per Piece Microwave 40-90secs. Whole Tray not recommended in Microwave.
