Kooka Brothas Gluten Free & Low Dairy Chocolate Brownie Tray 1.1kg is a hand crafted fudgey melt in your mouth chocolate brownie finished with a light dusting of icing sugar (made without nuts) . Each 1.1kg tray is uncut, providing approximately 16–20 portions. Ideal for cafés, catering and foodservice.

Preparation & Serving

Defrost in refrigerator – allow 12 hours for whole tray.
Best served at room temperature.
