Ingham's Sweet Chilli Chicken Tenders are made from 100% Australian chicken which has been coated in a sweet chilli flavoured crumb.

Cooking Instructions

Heat From Frozen

Oven - Preheat oven to 180°C. Spread Sweet Chilli Tenders evenly on a tray covered with bakling paper and heat for 15-20 minutes, turning once.

Shallow Fry - Preheat oil in fry pan 1cm deep to 170°C (medium heat). Heat Tenders for approximately 3.5-4 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.

Deep Fry - Preheat oil to 180°C. Place a small quantity of Tenders in fryer basket and heat for approximately 2.5-3 minutes, turning frequently. Drain carefully onto paper towelling.

These are the best! So crunchy and tasty. Also made in Australia from Australian ingredients. Great on their own or in a wrap with salad.
