Monjay Mezza authentic Hummos with garlic and lemon is made from a blend of chick peas and sesame seed paste, it is a low fat dip to be enjoyed eaten with crackers, celery sticks and carrots plus it can be also spread on falafel wraps, kebabs and sandwiches.
