Frequently Asked Questions
Are You Open To The Public?
Yes our Factory Outlet Shop is open to the public, you do not need to be a business or have an ABN to purchase from us and there are no joining or annual fees.
Where is the Factory Outlet Shop?
We are located at 2d Arab Road Padstow just near Padstow McDonalds and just around the corner from Bunnings and 600 metres from the Fairford Road Exit of the M5 motorway.
What are your opening hours?
- Monday - Thursday 7am until 4pm
- Fridays 7am until 5pm
- Saturdays 7am until 1pm
- Closed Public Holidays
Can I Click & Collect?
Yes you can place an order to collect from our Factory Outlet Shop, please allow 1.5 hours for us to prepare your order. We will email you once it is ready to collect.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do deliver all over Australia subject to certain conditions (see below or click here).
How much is delivery going to cost?
In the Sydney metro are, delivery fees are based on your postcode.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we offer free delivery in most Sydney metropolitan areas subject to certain minimums which depends on order size and your location.
What about delivery outside of Sydney?
If you are located outside the Sydney metropolitan area or your postcode is not listed on our shipping page then we will use Australia Post or a Courier.
We will endeavour to find the cheapest shipping option available by weighing & measuring each order. Once we have identified the cheapest option, we will email you a shipping quote prior to dispatch so you can choose to pay it or reject it. Your order will only be pre-authorised at this stage and can be voided if you choose not to pay for shipping.
Can I arrange my own freight / delivery
Yes you can, many people send Ubers or Couriers even a good friend to pick up orders. Simply advise us when placing your order.
Do you deliver frozen and refrigerated goods?
Yes we deliver frozen and refrigerated goods in the Sydney metro area.
If you are outside of the Sydney metro area we would have to consider it on a case by case basis but please beware that interstate refrigerated freight is expensive so it's not going to be worth it for small orders.
Can you Deliver Butter interstate or in regional areas outside of Sydney?
We can ship butter by courier or Australia Post in the cooler months but it's not recommended in the warmer months. Butter will be wrapped in thermal bubble wrap for protection but we are not responsible for it once it leaves our warehouse.
When will I receive my delivery?
We schedule deliveries to the various Sydney Metro areas on specific days
If we are posting or sending your order by courier, you will be given tracking information. You can request express shipping but it does cost more.
What credit terms do you offer?
We do not provide credit terms ourselves as most credit cards provide interest free terms.
What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount.
