Product Information

Preparation Guide

Place ingredients in mixing bowl, whisk on low speed, scrape down, whisk on top speed for 6-8 minutes, then on second speed for 2 minutes. Bake sponge rounds at approximately 190°C, Swiss rolls at approximately 220°C and slabs at approximately 210-200°C.
