I ordered perishable goods which I was expecting to be delivered on 28 - 29 which did not arrive but after an email, which was not acknowledged, I made a phone call which I was told an express would be placed. I received my goods today, thankfully in good condition, the courier and the lady on the phone were both well mannered and I would like to thank them both. I had previously placed a low review but on reflection I have changed it to a higher number as my expectations were met.
