Kooka Brothas Vanilla Slice Supreme is a deep, light vanilla custard sandwiched between layers of gluten-free vanilla sponge, glazed with a white chocolate ganache and classic feathered finish then pre-cut into 16 pieces. Ideal for cafés, catering and foodservice.

- Slice Size Approx 95x37mm x 115g Slice
- Defrost in refrigerator – allow 14-16 hours for whole tray.
- Defrosted shelf-life 3 days refrigerated at 2-5 °C.
- Best served at chilled.
