Kooka Brothas traditional light, fluffy pale golden scones are hand made and baked to 95% completion so they can be finished in an oven or microwave. Shortly after baking and cooling they are snap frozen to capture the freshness when defrosted.

How To Use:

• Defrost in refrigeration covered, 2-3hrs per portion (2°- 5°).
• Defrost at room temperature covered, 1.5 – 2hrs.
• Can be heated or refreshed in the microwave, 5-10 sec from defrosted
• Preheated moderate conventional oven, 60-90 sec from defrosted.
