Cooking Instructions: Product requires cooking before consumption. Recommended centre temperature 71 degrees. Cook from frozen (if thawed halve the cooking times

Oven Bake: Preheat to 185 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Deep Fry: 5-6 minutes at 180 degrees. Shallow Fry: 4-5 minutes per side.

Handling/ Storage: Store at or below -18 degrees. Keep frozen. Once thawed DO NOT refreeze. To thaw - place in fridge overnight.
