Description

Delicious puff pastries filled with potato cooked in mild curry pre fried for simple oven heating making these an ideal finger food perfect for entertaining, snacking or appetisers.

Ingredients

Pastry [Wheat Flour, Vegetable Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Emulsifier (322)] 57%, Potato 30%, Coconut Milk, Carrot, Ginger, Vegetable Palm Oil, Curry Powder (include mustard seed), Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621)

Usage & Storage

Store at or below minus 18 degrees centigrade. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

Cooking Information

Cooking appliance temperature may vary. Please observe and adjust temperature and heating time accordingly.
Oven – Preheat oven to 160°C. Remove frozen product and place on oven proof dish. Heat approximately for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place product on absorbent material. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Frying – Heat frying oil to 190°C. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until surface is golden brown. Remove and place product on absorbent material. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
