Description
Petite Cuisine Corn Fritters are packed with real corn kernels, Cheddar Cheese, Red Capsicum, Parsley, Lemon Juiceand a hint of chilli and are a quick and tasty option ideal for the kids, vegetarians or for a meat free dinner.
For a gourmet brunch, plate the corn the fritters and top with Rocket, Lime and Avacado Salsa or chopped red onion and fresh mint with a dollop of Tzatziki or Yoghurt.

Cooking Intructions - Oven
The Corn Fritters have been flash fried but they will need to be cooked to an internal temperature of 72°C before serving
- Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan Forced) or 200°C (Conventional)
- Remove Corn Fritters from packaging and place onto an oven tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 - 17 minutes or until cooked through to 72°C
- Take the tray out of the oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving
