Description
Knafeh is a is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert with delightfully silky sweet cheese infused with a hint of rosewater essence topped with a flakey butter crust.
Each Knefeh comes with rosewater syrup, rose petals and pistachios packed in separate sealed pouches
Knefeh can be also be enjoyed as an indulgent breakfast
The name is derived from the Arabic word kanaf which means to shelter
Thaw Instructions
- Thaw overnight in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for at least 2 hours before cooking
Cooking Guide
- Preheat Oven to 180 degrees
- Remove Knefeh from boxand discard plastic seal
- Place in the oven and cook for approximately 25-30 minutes until top crust is golden
- Remove from the oven and cut into individual slices
- Top with the rosewater syrup, rose petals and pistachios as desired.
