A complete powdered mix for top quality moist cakes, loaves and American type cake muffins.
- Requires only added eggs, oil and water
- Add to basic recipe for muffin varieties such as Blueberry, Chocolate, Banana etc
- Contains no artificial flavours

- Use for muffins, or bar and loaf-type cakes

Suggested Recipe:
- 1kg Bakels Creme Cake Muffin Mix
- 225g water
- 350g egg
- 275g vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
2. In a bowl add the mud mix, water and egg and blend for 1 minute on low speed
3. Adjust speed to high and blend for a further 4 minutes
4. Add the vegetable oil and blend on low speed for a further minute
5. Pour into a greased tin and bake in the oven until a skewer comes out clean
