Description
Classic premium tender squid pieces scored then dipped in authentic asian style salt and pepper coating for the perfect finger food catering option.

Cooking guide
Oven baked - Preheat oven to 220°C (220°C fan forced). Place frozen squid on a baking tray and cook for 22 – 24 minutes or until golden brown, turning over halfway through cooking.
Pan fry Preheat lightly oiled frypan to medium temperature. Place frozen squid in frypan and cook for 8 – 10 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving.
Deep fry Preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry frozen squid for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well before serving.
