To achieve the desired consistency, you can soften the ganache in two ways.

1. Immerse ganache piping bag in hot water at 60°C
2. Microwave up to 1 minute on high power

Best before 12 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
